AGENDA Blog corrections reader's workshop "The Poverty Myth" HW RJ 6.2 read for 20-30 min & record Book projects due Friday! The first thing we did was come into class and write the agenda down. Then, Nasir read his blog and out of everyone in the class, of course, he had to pick me. Lowkey kind of hurt, but it's okay. Now, Ms. Nakada is checking everyone's reading journal. If you couldn't already tell, I'm not good at this, but I'm learning. I honesty don't know what to write, so I'm just going to wait and, see what the class does next haha. Okay, so now everyone is taking out their English journals to write their lead and thesis about whether Ponyboy will stay gold or not. Now, it's time to go to linch. Haha. I'm sorry, Gino, but you already don't like me for some reason, even though I'm so nice to you, but lowkey Gino looking kind of cute. Just kidding. I don't want to give him more reasons to hate me.

Gino's first blog AGENDA Blog Corrections  Reader's Workshop Quiz Corrections HW Rj 5.3 Read for 20-30 minutes and record. The first thing we did was walk in and sit down. Then, we wrote down the agenda, and then Shiran came up and read his blog. Sadly, after that he picked me. Then, Ms. Nakada checked our reading journals, and while she was checking them, we started reading our books. After that, we corrected our tests. Then, we made a pile at the end so she can correct it. Then, we got ready to go to lunch.

Agenda Blog.corrections reader's workshop quiz corrections HW:RJ 5.2 9/17/19                                    We came in to the class, sat down, and wrote the agenda. George was called up and read his blog. Then, Ms. Nakada read Ulyses's blog (I don't know how to spell his name, so don't bully me). The class took out the their reading journals and put them at the aisle, so Ms. Nakada could check/grade them. As you can see, I'm very bad at writing blogs or anything in general, but anyways let's continue. Meanwhile, Ms. Nakada is checking reading journals. Everyone else is reading their book that we chose or taking the STAR test.   Now, everyone is packing up for lunch. ☺

Agenda Blog.Corrections Q.Q.Song  Book Talks Reader's Workshop HW RJ 5.1 Read/record for 20-30 min When we got in the class, Ms. Nakada's class she gave us new seats, and we wrote down the agenda. Then, Ms. Nakada read her blog. After that, we wrote down the quote of the week and the question of the week. The Quote of the Week: "You get tough like me and you don't get hurt. After that we listened to the Song Of The Week, which was "Fast Car" by Tracy Chapman. Then, we discussed what the song meant. After, we chose what book we were going to read.
