Check-in: How are you feeling about virtual graduations? Have you seen this?

15-week grades are due Friday. Our graduation requirements haven't changed, but the district grading policy has. What does this mean for you? You can't get a fail is spring, so check your final Fall report card and count the fails and Us. Also, grades can't be lower than your ten week so check what that is. For Spring grades and graduation, you need to pay careful attention to the Us. More than 4 and you can't participate in graduation.

Assignments to add to your 15 week grades:

If you haven't completed your Table of Contents yet, make sure you number your pages and create a list of pages and poem titles.

There are several ways to record your poems and turn them in. Video apps are fine, quicktime on laptops can work. Anyone have suggestions for easy ways to record your poetry slam pieces?

This is the one I did using Quicktime: "Camp Stories."

Thanks for continuing to work hard. I can't wait to see your collections and Poetry Slam pieces!
